How To Order
If you would like to order one of the pieces in the current collection, or if you just want to ask a question, please complete the enquiry form and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Alternatively, you can email me. Before you start though, you may find the following FAQs useful:
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most garments in the range are made to order within 4-6 weeks, but the 'pashmina style' scarves can be created and delivered within 2 weeks. Please note that these turnaround times may be slightly longer if you want to add your own finishing touches.
How does the 'Made to Order' process work?
Once you have decided which piece you would like to order, all that stands between you and your luxury bridal garment are the following 6 steps:
- You start by completing the enquiry form. This gives me the details I need so that I can respond more quickly to your specific requirements.
- I will contact you by email or telephone to discuss the details of your order and to agree any changes that you may request.
- You will then receive an order form which confirms your details and includes an invoice for a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total value of your order.
- Once your deposit has been received, work on your order will commence.
- You will receive a notification email when your order is ready to be sent, and the remaining balance of the total value of your order will then become due.
- Once payment has been received in full your order will be sent by special delivery. Please note that any delays in payment may affect the turnaround time.
How can I pay my deposit or outstanding balance?
You can pay your deposit or outstanding balance by personal cheque or via Paypal. If you choose to pay by personal cheque please be aware that your order will not be sent until the funds have cleared.
Can I supply my own trimmings, lace or beads?
If you have some lace, or a specific trimming or colour of bead that you would like to be featured on one of the silhouettes in the collection then it may be possible to amend the design to suit your needs. Note that this service must be agreed in writing before the order is started and will incur an additional charge. Please contact me for further details.
Can I order a sample of the yarns or fabrics used?
Unfortunately, due to the lengthy processes and costs involved in producing the knitted fabrics it is not possible to supply samples of these. However, it may be possible to provide samples of some fabrics by arrangement – please contact me for further details.
Does the price include postage and packing?
The price listed on the website does not include postage and packing. Details of these costs will be included on your order form, but should be no more than £10 within mainland UK.
